Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, if they are unused and in original packaging. Store credit never expires.

Email your order number to hello@cremejewelry.co to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Include this in your return package.

Yes. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following:

• Customized, engraved, or resized items
• Discounted or final sale items
• Items showing signs of wear
• Returns without a valid RA#
• Shipping and return costs (non-refundable)

For U.S. orders, we use DHL or USPS. In Taiwan, we offer Chunghwa Post and 7-Eleven store-to-store delivery. All shipments are insured and trackable.

Please note: All items are made-to-order in Japan and ship approximately 1.5–2 months after order confirmation.

Using a Paper Strip or String:

• Wrap around your finger’s widest part (usually the joint) snugly.
• Mark where the ends meet and measure the length in cm.
• Use a ring size chart to find your size.

Using a Ring You Own:

• Measure its inner diameter with a ruler (in cm).
• Match the diameter to a ring size chart.

Measuring Your Bracelet Size:

• Wrap a paper strip or tape around your wrist comfortably.
• Adjust the length if necessary, then use it to determine your bracelet size.
